One of the best games in PSP is Patapon, made by Sony Computer Entertainment. This game is very unique. In Patapon, you play as a God of patapon tribe that lead them to their dreamland: earthend.
Behind the Patapons’ cute exterior, lies a fierce warrior spirit that can only be commanded by the beat of your war drum. For years the Patapon tribe has lived in the desolate frontier, driven from their home by the evil Zigoton army. This time Atlus bring us to the kingdom of Bretwalde. As you play Rondo of Swords you will learn that Bretwalde is situated in the center of the continent of Bravord and surrounded on all sides by strong nations. It was established by a holy knight whose blade drove back the Darkness that threatened to engulf the land. On this day in Bretwalde, the people are mourning their recently fallen king with a solemn funeral. But during the ceremony, the neighboring Grand Meir empire attacked without warning. One by one,the knights of Bretwalde fell to Grand Meir’s forces. The few surviving knights, led by Serdic, escaped south to the Shalem Emirate Federation.
But Serdic carries a secret, a pair of vows made during his escape from Bretwalde. The time will come when he will have to choose. During his journey to reclaim the Kingdom of Bretwalde, Serdic encounters all manner of people, experiencing faith, friendship, hostility, hatred, sadness, and farewells. His actions will shape the fate of the entire continent!
Rondo of Sword is a strategic RPG which it’s art is beautiful and the background music is pleasing to the ears. The battle system is also interesting. Instead of moving to the side, front, or behind the enemy you have to drag your character through the enemy otherwise no damage will be done. So if you want a new strategic RPG games, Rondo of Swords will be there for you.

Square Enix present Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles, a multiplayer RPG. It story is about the Great Crystal that protects the land from the malefic glow of the blood red moon. Twins are born to this land, endowed with a shared, mystical power. Yuri and Chelinka are fraternal twins who live happily with their father in a small village, but their happiness comes to an abrupt end when an ancient evil force arrives. Now, with his family shattered, Yuri begins to train so that he can be strong enough to fight when the evil returns. Yuri and Chelinka set out on their quest to find their friends, avenge their family, and heal their world.
Hundreds of different item and costume combinations add to the fun. Changes to costume/ equipment are directly visible on your character in the game. Trade with friends using Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection functions Additional content over the original Japanese version, with four new quests that can be played in four different languages - English, French, German and Spanish.

Ninja’s fight is back. This time Tecmo brings Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword to Nintendo DS. In this game you play as Ryu, a descendant of the Dragon Lineage (protectors of the Dark Dragon Blade) and carries the Dragon Sword, which holds the power and spirit of ancient good dragons. Six months ago he shattered the Dark Dragon Blade after an intense battle against the evil beings who stole it. Now the evil forces are back for revenge, and Ryu has no option but to go save Momiji and defeat them before they come and destroy the town.
It is possibly the most technically proficient title available for the system, brimming with superb, smooth-as-silk visuals and sword-slashing sound effects that make the action practically spring off the screen. It’s impossible to imagine how Dragon Sword could have better captured the overall look, feel, and flow of the console games, from protagonist Ryu Hyabusa’s midair acrobatics to the dramatic Eastern-hued soundtrack.
Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword is innovative in many ways, starting with the unique action controls, completely delegated to the stylus. Get Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword and your stylus would be the deadliest weapon ever.

For NDS lovers, Square Enix present The World Ends With You, a new Action RPG for DS. In this game you play as Neku Sakuraba, an unsociable 15-year-old boy, unexpectedly wakes up in the Shibuya shopping district of Tokyo, Japan. While trying to piece together his rude awakening, he receives a strange text message warning him that he will cease to exist unless he accomplishes a certain mission. Although he barely has time to grasp what is happening to him, he commences his assigned task in the mysterious streets of Shibuya.
He has only 7 days until then to restore hope to the city’s population by using the coolest fashions, friends and fighting skills. This game was previously known as Subarashiki Kono Sekai on its release in Japan. It fully utilizes the capabilities of the Nintendo DS, and takes major influence from Japan’s modern day culture including its people, music, clothes, food and design.

Koei present a new hack and slash game for PSP. Warriors Orochi is the name. If you are fans of games like Dynasty Warriors or Samurai Warriors, you will like this game. You can play as any of the 77 legendary characters from the Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors video game series. Go into battle with your own three-person tag team.
With the new Team Battle System, when one warrior is engaged in battle, the other two can recuperate, restoring their Life Meters and Musou Gauges. In battle, you can rotate to a different character in real-time. You can also combine attributes from different weapons for more devastating results with the new Weapon Fusion System. So get ready for the greatest showdown in history.
It is nice to have the different spin on the story. It is a little odd, but at least it’s not all about The Three Kingdoms or the Samurai story line. The Worlds of Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors are about to collide. The evil serpent King Orochi has brought together the most courageous warriors from Ancient China and Feudal Japan. Now, get Warriors Orochi for greatest showdown in history!

Wild Arms comes again, now in PSP. Present by XSEED, this Wild Arms XF (Crossfire) start with introduce you to Clarissa and her brother Felius. They’re both confronting a man named Rupert, who has stolen their mother’s sword and plans to use it for some evil doings. Rupert gets away and so Clarissa and Felius follow Rupert to the continent of Elesius where a case of mistaken identity gets Clarissa involved in a political struggle over power and rule.
The game makes good use of the series Hex Battle system in a tactical way. Like every other Tactical RPG out there, you’ll move and execute attacks. Like Final Fantasy Tactics, there’s a job system active in Wild Arms XF. However, these aren’t the same old “Knight” and “Monk” type of jobs. They’re jobs like “Elementists” who cast elemental magic spells and Fantastica that use support spells. You’ll start the game with four basic classes. In addition to that, each of the story mode characters has a class completely unique to them. You’re able to learn abilities from each of the jobs and use them with other jobs upon doing so.
Wild Arms XF is a game that had so much potential to be so much better. Even die hard Wild Arms fans may not take much of a shine to it. The game has an incredible story, incredible artwork and an incredible soundtrack.

If you enjoy pinball, you really cannot beat this game for value and enjoyment.

Working closely with Williams to ensure authenticity of each of the games, the collection is highlighted by some of the most popular and innovative Williams pinball tables, including Gorgar, the first-ever talking pinball machine, Black Knight, which introduced “Magna-Save” and Bonus Ball, and Space Shuttle, which took the pinball industry by storm in 1984.
This brought back some powerful memories of arcades during high school and college. Especially rare tables like Whirlwind and Funhouse. It was a treat to play those after not seeing those anywhere in more than 15 years. This game does come very close to being the perfect pinball game for the PSP.
